UNHAPPY

(1)  To see yourself or another in a dream who looks unhappy and you carry a feeling of unhappiness when awaking represents a need to look more closely into your own personal life to determine what area of your life needs change to reach a deeper sense of fulfillment and joy.

Unhappiness is one of our most deeply rooted emotions. Memories from childhood influence and control our state of mind in our adult lives producing forlorn, basic unhappy feelings, even when in the company of our loved ones.

Unhappiness in our youth, young adult and adult lives also is the result of abandonment issues, having felt persecuted and having been made to feel unloved or unwanted in our youth, young adult and adult lives.

The result of these experiences manifests in our dreams and carries over into our awakened state in our outlooks, attitudes and the way we communicate with others. Often, people associate the unhappiness they feel both awake or in their dream lives to be connected with current experiences. However, most of our unhappy feelings stem from unhappy memories of experiences we now carry throughout our lives.

The emotional experiences we've suffered in life are memorable. The way to overcome these unhappy emotions is to face them head-on for what they were. Realize there is nothing which can be done about the past. And that God is the only one who can provide the healing to the brokenness in our hearts. Pray to God for yourself and your needs to receive a dissociation of painful memories and emotions put out of your thought life.

(2)  To see yourself or another in a dream looking unhappy represents the need to have a change in attitude about a particular area of life. This may require making some new changes.

        (a) *Too Routine: If you're a person who is open to new things, new ideas and experiences, to see yourself or someone whom you know in a dream looking unhappy represents an area of your life which needs satisfying fulfillment.

THE ILLUSION:  To feel unhappy upon waking from a dream about any given area of your life hides in an illusion of mild depression and sadness, a mistaken illusion of an emotion augmented for the intent of causing you to extend this sense of unhappiness for longer periods of time. In this way, your thought life will be filled with self defeating feelings and begin to interfere with your overall outlook about life.

The message of the dream is showing you to find this area of your life where fulfillment is missing. In the dream, to help you identify the area in your life that is wanting, study the location of the place, the activities taking place in the dream, others you see in the dream to get an idea of what the other people represent to you, the activities associated with the place you see in the dream and what additional emotions you may have felt in the dream.

(3)  To yawn in a dream represents lack of rest, a lackadaisical attitude and not taking problems and needs seriously. It also represents discontentment and an unhappy relationship which applies to marriage, relationship or the workplace.

Marriage/Relationship: Feeling unhappy upon waking from a dream about marriage or a relationship hides in an illusion of sadness, unhappiness and discontentment, the intention to deceive you into thinking you do not have the answers or ideas within which to improve upon significant relationships.

The intention of the dark dream is to have you mistake a brief emotional experience as the status of the entire personal relationship. Mistakenly taking the emotional waking response as clear-cut evidence is meant to outweigh your ability to think objectively about how to engage yourself in  dialogue conversation with your partner, because you feel torn with emotions getting in the way of real feelings in the relationship.

Career/Workplace: Feeling unhappy upon waking from a dream depicting dream symbols and people connected with your career and workplace hides in an illusion of the emotion of unhappiness, a misleading direction the dream wishes to take you to cause you to begin to look at workplace challenges in exaggerated ways.

Without subjective objectivity to form rational realizations about work issues, you now will begin to feel overwhelmed, self conscious, nervous and tense during work-related interactions. The emotion will have taken over your normal thinking abilities and thrown confusion in the mix. The message of the dream is showing you that you need to separate and shake off any extraneous emotions, look the deception clearing in the face and restudy what you can do to improve and change a situation at the workplace.

To the Christian: To see a spindle in a dream represents revelation, inspiration, insight and a Word from God revealing the answer to a problem.

(4)  To see a spindle in a dream also represents the spinning of a web of deceit, betrayal or the intent to cause destruction to another. This kind of dream applies to a friend, workplace or someone whom you know.

THE ILLUSION:  To feel unhappy upon waking from a dream with a weaving spindle hides in an illusion of a general overall, unhappy feeling, the intention to confuse you into being reminded of a spinning wheel in a famous fairy tale of which we're familiar. Not so. To see a spinning object in a dream can have positive or negative dream meanings. In this case, because you are a professed Christian, seeing a spindle spinning in a dream is symbolic of a warning dream to let you know there is someone weaving an agenda against you. You need to identify the offending person and handle the matter because the deception involved a friendship, an associate or work.

To the Christian: To see a spindle in a dream applies to a mate, if you are unequally yoked and suffering an unhappy marriage.

ABANDONED - DESERTED

(1)  To see yourself in a dream as a baby or child being left alone or abandoned represents a feeling of being unloved, disapproved of, neglected and very much alone in the world. It also represents difficult childhood memories, most often as a result of a dysfunctional family.

         (a) *Disapproval: If you're perplexed when you're reminded of childhood memories by events that seem no way related, to see yourself in a dream as a baby or child being left alone or abandoned represents an old hurt which is affecting your present emotions negatively.

THE ILLUSION:  To feel disapproved of upon waking from a dream about personal relationships hides in an illusion of rejection, the intent to direct your emotional life toward widening a greater sense that you aren't worth liking. This is an attempt to have you keenly aware of how you are received by others often gauging their responses toward you, in all situations.

The message of the dream is showing you that you are a person deserving of love, approval and tender, loving care as much as the next person. You're not as alone as your emotions would have you falsely believe. Your awareness of this trick of the mind through emotions is your clue to catch yourself when these emotions rise, so you can reject, disregard and crush any possible hurtful emotions which will not be allowed to rule your emotional life.

(2)  To see yourself left alone or abandoned as a teen or young adult represents a feeling of limited self esteem and represents why you attempt to solve all problems and situations by your own power, strength and knowledge.

         (a) *Self Discovery: If you're a product of a two-income or single parent household and were often home alone, to see yourself left alone or abandoned as a teen or young adult represents incomplete self esteem.

THE ILLUSION:  To feel disapproved of upon waking from a dream about relationships hides in an illusion of feeling neglected or abandoned, the intent to deceive you through emotions that there must be a reason why you feel less loved than you would hope. The dark dream is meant to chip away at you to cause you to feel unloved and unlovable most of the time. In this way, you hesitate to seek advice to talk about your feelings.

The message of the dream is showing you that this lack of self confidence is causing you to become mistaken in believing you're unable to ask for the assistance and help of others. You are not required to do every single thing all by yourself. Reach out to others for help you may need. Balance some of the stress you unnecessarily place on yourself to do everything yourself. Self control includes knowing when to go to others.

(3)  To see yourself left alone or abandoned as a teen or young adult also represents persecution, despair and the dejected feeling of being alone. This kind of dream causes both emotional and physical stress. And if a reoccurring dream, please seek out a highly blessed Christian counselor for professional help.

        (a) *Downtrodden: If you're feeling like a motherless child and real alone in the world, to see yourself left alone or abandoned as a teen or young adult represents feeling persecuted and in despair for the loneliness you feel most of the time.

THE ILLUSION:  To feel disapproved of upon waking from a dream hides in an illusion of depression and a sensation of heaviness upon you, the intent to deceive your thoughts into thinking you've got some real emotional issues. This is called emotional persecution and it is not coming from your own mind, believe it or not. You need to pray more for yourself to be released from these types of emotional attacks, so you can have more peace of mind returned to you. Your physical energy levels, moods and sleep and stress-eating patterns need to be regenerated.

The dream message is showing you that you've got to try to fight off this depression and try to do healthy and proactive activities to step out of the emotional stress you're experiencing. Seek doing activities you find enjoyable activities, getting out of the house more frequently. There's a world of people out there who are feeling the same way you do and could use a warm hello, a kind word or a smile from you.

FEAR - AFRAID

(1)  To awaken from a dream feeling afraid represents a warning to you to identify what it is that is causing you to feel fearful. This is a dream sent to help you take care of something in your life that needs addressing and your attention.

        (a) *Identify the Problem: If you've woke up from a dream feeling fearful and do have some matters you need to clear up, to awaken from a dream feeling afraid represents a personal issue, marital problem, relationship issue, problem at work, health concern or financial matter you need to see to and begin to take care of. It's the unknown and worrying about the possible outcome which has you apprehensive about beginning to handle the matter, at all. The matter still will require your attention. Get advice from others, emotional support from family and friends and go about taking care of things in your life.

(2)  Threatened in a dream. To dream you are threatened in a dream in any way and you experience fear, panic, terror and scream or yell in the dream when you wake up represents bondage, persecution, unusual pressures and demands brought against you. This involves your job, relationship, marriage and in some cases involves a bad habit that you are physically bound to.

        (a) *Human Bondage: If you're feeling threatened and trapped in a dream represents a situation in your life that has you in a constant state of panic, fear and danger.

THE ILLUSION:  To feel afraid upon waking from a dream hides in an illusion of feeling terrified and alarmed, the intent to drive you to believe your situation is beyond changing. If you are in a personal relationship or work relationship where you often feel panicked and afraid, then your emotions when you awoke from the dream are mixing truth with lies in that there is a serious problem, but not a situation which would call for you to scream and yell were you part of a disagreement.

To be in a marriage which is controlling, stress-ridden and suffocates your sense of independence and freedom to do what you like to do when you hope to do them, because your every action has to be cleared with the spouse or employer first, this is not a conducive relationship which promotes an exchange of ideas, respect, trust or satisfaction. To live in a constant state of fear where physical abuse is a real possibility is a life overrun by someone else's bad behavior affects your any secure feeling of safety, diminishes your conviction you'll have the emotional strength to endure and questions your level of personal enjoyment of your own life.

The message of the dream is showing you that whatever is causing you to feel enslaved by another emotionally, physically or financially is placing abnormally high levels of stress on your life and you have to come to a flash point that tells you to make plans to leave the situation.

        (b) *Career/Job: If you're facing inordinate amounts of stress caused by fluctuating, sudden changes to company policies, a manager, employer, co-workers and workload, to dream you are threatened in a dream in any way where you experience fear, panic, terror, scream or yell in a dream represents the pressures of feeling caught in nearly unending, inordinate amounts of undue stress at the workplace.

THE ILLUSION:  To feel afraid upon waking from a dream portraying dream symbols of a work-related issue hides in an illusion of fear of unknown circumstances and events, the intent to frighten you into mistakenly believing that the position of employment is beyond reckoning any solution. It is all of what the unexpected and strange events represents that this type of dark dream is working on your emotional state of mind. Reconsider the realities of the drawbacks you are actually aware of occurring at the workplace. Then, decide if in the long term, such employment will continue to impact you negatively.

The message of the dream is telling you to look at the work environment situation and ask yourself if this environment and the level of job satisfaction is really for you. It's taking a toll on your nerves and stamina. Whose job satisfaction is more important, the company or yours…

        (c) *Relationship: If you're in a relationship, to dream you're threatened in a dream in any way and you experience fear, panic, terror, scream or yell in a dream represents as you might think -- a bad... relationship you're feeling trapped in. The message of the dream is showing you that you're really not well matched with your significant other. This is a relationship where he or she is not going to be there for you in long term.

THE ILLUSION:  To feel afraid upon waking from a dream hides in an illusion of fearful anxiety, the intent to put you in a constant state of tension and apprehension the reminder to on hyper-vigilant alert ready to hear critical, sarcastic, belittling remarks directed to you, which have you in ever-present worry and dread. This is a relationship that has real problems; much of the important areas of the relationship are missing.

In order to persevere through the duration of the relationship, however, it is you who must decide to stay as mentally strong as you can, until an opening presents itself to separate on relatively civil terms. It's helpful to consider the type of relationship is, yet it is just as important to know how to endure and synchronize the right timing within which to act upon changing things.

        (d) *Unhealthy Habit: If you're using addictive substances in your life, to dream you're threatened in a dream in any way and you experience fear, panic, terror, scream or yell in a dream represents emotional, health and money problems you're letting yourself in for.

THE ILLUSION:  To feel afraid upon waking from a dream about personal habits hides in an illusion of afraid of being caught doing certain activities, the intent to oppressively add more feelings of guilt and worry on you. In this state of mind, you will more readily use decreasing stress by turning to the habit which is the real problem.

The message of the dream is showing you that without you seeing it coming upon you, you'll find yourself living quite on the edge for the effect substance abuse will have on your finances, health and emotions. This is a warning dream for you to direct your energies toward recognizing a need to use your strength of mind to recondition yourself toward trying to resist the urges and modify different approaches during the strong temptations.
