GENERATIONAL CURSES OF MOTHER -
FATHER - STEPMOTHER -STEPFATHER
IN DREAMS

(1) The result and effects of generational curses often manifest themselves in our dreams in the form of both demonic dreams and nightmares leaving the dreamer when they awake both confused and drained of strength emotionally and physically, in wonderment as to what is happening to them. The Word of God tells us that generational curses can last up to the 3rd and 4th generations, until they are finally overcome and broken off of families through strong prayer, the prayers of others and the direct intervention of God answering prayers for you.

(2) Because most people are unaware, or lack the biblical knowledge of knowing what is happening to them, they go through their entire lives suffering from generational curse-based dreams. These types of dreams may have every appearance of a nightmare or a very confusing, complicated bad dream.

(3) When you can recognize the tiniest bit of truth shown visually in the dream, put this to mind to study later; this bit of truth will be the real message of the dream. Quite often, within a dream, after you see a root cause of a situation or problem that identifies the weak area, such as the cause of the emotional stress, manipulation, conflict, lack, limitation, illnesses, strong desires, temptation...you may be experiencing in your life surfacing in your dreams will be identified to you.

(4) Your attention will be directed to an area of your life that can be improved, answers formed and new healthier direction given to you of a better understanding, outlook and a way to go from this point onward in your journey through your life.

         (a) *Dark Dreams: If you have been plagued with many nightmarish dark dreams throughout your life, to see a mother, father or grandparent in a dream represents an area of generations of the family's lives that is under a spirit realm stronghold in areas of the family that the family needs to be deliverered from.

        The message of the dream is showing you by the scene you see in the dream, the area in the family that is oppressed, such as sickness and disease, lack, poverty, limitation-doing your best yet not advancing, idol worship-desiring worldly possessions, emotional problems, witchcraft-practiced by an ancestor or currently which you are unaware of, a spirit of anger, pride, jealousy causing repeated heated exchanges in the family, addiction bondages and other oppressions.

         (b) *Revelation: If you have noticed the same pattern of behaviors or events occurring in your family dynamic over the years, to see a mother, father, stepmother/father in a dream represents the family member pointing you to a revelatory insight about the root cause of the family's problems.

        Good dreams come from God's Heaven, the Third Heaven. God will visually depict a member of the family in dreams in the role of a messenger who is sent in a dream to reveal to you a truth about the family and what the dark spirit realm is doing to oppress family.

        With the revelation presented to you in dream form, you must decide to believe what God through His love is showing you in the dream and take the spiritual warfare measures to heal and restore your family. This requires strong prayer warfare with the constant aid of many other prayer warriors who understand the area of generational curses from the spirit realm of demonic activity.

        There are prophets who have been given the God-given gift of identifying demons and evil spirits and know how to approach praying and asking God's help to free your family of these attacks on their lives. Deliverance from some demons require a proof of your faith demonstrated by much fasting and deep prayer warfare. Spiritual healing must begin and continuous praying is a necessity.

        [Job 22:21-23 "Now acquaint yourself with Him, and be at peace; thereby good will come to you. 22 Receive, please, instruction from His mouth, and lay up His words in your heart. 23 If you return to the Almighty, you will be built up; you will remove iniquity far from your tents."]

        The message of the dream is telling you that God sees what has been going on in your family, situations that are not within human control to overcome. God wants to heal and deliver your family. God invites you to believe God is your only source of perfect deliverance. The dream is inviting you to enter into spiritual warfare, be of courage and trust that God is an ever-present help in times of trouble. Pray through, praying always for you are not praying just for yourself but for the future joy and happiness of family. You and yours deserve the abundant life of joy that God has purposed for you. Fight for this.

DENIAL - MOTHER - FATHER - STEPMOTHER -STEPFATHER IN DREAMS

(1)   Often because of situations, problems and obstacles our parents are forced to undergo that are beyond their ability to overcome, flashbacks of these occurrences filter down to their children in the form of denial and doubt far into their adult lives, often materializing in dreams of confusion and uncertainty.

         This denial suffered in childhood, often leaves the child when they enter adulthood empty with little or no hope of ever accomplishing their goals in life and can even carry over into their marriage or relationships.

(2) It is not uncommon for individuals suffering from denial to never really find love, comfort, peace and security in a marriage or relationship and they often go from one marriage or relationship to another.

        (a) *Denial: If you have trouble accepting situations and what people say to you as truly happening, to see a mother, father, stepmother/father in a dream represents a demonic spirit of python-uncertainty, doubt, anxiety, tension and fear as the root cause of what has been influencing areas of your life.

        What you had thought was just having had difficult parents are actually patterns of family behaviors that have been repeating time and again, over years of time. The message of the dream is showing you that experiences where you went into denial about real situations are causing you to miss opportunities or relationships to become involved in, because the inaction of not making decisions has affected your life. Because a feeling of comfort in and from your family was not achieved, the result of this has made you uncomfortable in relationships.

PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL HEALING OF

STEPFATHER IN DREAMS

(1) Many times, when God has His hand on our lives, God will give us dreams of one or both of our parents who are ill or suffering from a terminal illness. In the dream, we will see the parent well and normal again as though they had never been sick. This is called a partially veiled revelation about a healing event that is yet to occur.

(2) MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE When I was in my mid-20s, I was sitting in a small church in Torrance, California, standing with my eyes closed singing a hymn and although I had not paid any attention to the people around me or in front of me, while I was praying and singing, God put a picture in my mind of the older woman standing in front of me, a vision image of the woman's left lower back. In the vision, I watched that part of her back turn from pink to gray to black and back again from black to gray to pink.

         After the service, I saw the lady outside the church and walking toward her, stopping the woman, I asked if there was something wrong with the lower left part of her back. Puzzled, she just looked at me for a moment then quietly replied, I have cancer. I am to be checked into the hospital this afternoon, and operated on tomorrow.

         After she had finished speaking, I told her what God had shown me in the church, and told her to have the doctors give her another x-ray before they performed the operation because I believe God had just healed her.

         Several weeks later, I was again at that church and after the service was over, this same woman found me and with a huge smile on her face, she said that she had done as I requested and the doctors took another x-ray; there was no sign of the cancer. God had truly performed a supernatural healing miracle in that woman's life and chose me to be the messenger. God is good. I never saw the woman again, as moved out of the area a couple weeks later.

FAMILY UNITY OF MOTHER - FATHER - STEPMOTHER -STEPFATHER IN DREAMS

         Without question, what we learn and are exposed to in our formative years plays a huge part in our attitudes and outlooks in our adult lives. Many times, situations and problems can and do arise that cause separation and division in our own families as adults that bring back memories in dreams of how our mother and father handled the same type of problems. And through these dream experiences, we gain a better understanding of our parents and are better able to see our own situation or problem in a different light to both good and bad conclusions.
