DREAMS are not only one of God's ways of communicating with man, but are also an open doorway for Satan, his fallen angels, and the demon spirits to enter into our body, mind and soul.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VISIONS AND DREAMS
.
Before we go too deeply into the subject of what dreams are and where dreams come from, it is important for you to understand the difference between dreams and visions. Visions from God are carved in stone and cannot be changed; whereas, dreams from God can be a foreshadowing or warnings of something that is occurring or can occur, based on the decisions that the person who is having the dream or the person for whom the dream is intended makes. Dreams from Satan, Satan's fallen angels and the demons are illusions of the truth, or truth mixed with lies and are given to mislead, confuse, and give us doubt.

VISIONS CAN APPEAR IN THREE WAYS
VISIONS can appear in dreams, called "Dream Visions" and like dreams, you can be a participant or a witness to a future event that is being revealed in a dream vision.
VISIONS can also appear as day visions, in the form of pictures or as a movie that is unfolding before your eyes, but unlike dream visions, in most day visions, the person experiencing the day vision is a witness to a future event the day vision is revealing.
VISIONS can also appear in your mind in the form of pictures or as a movie unfolding before your mind's eye.
Over the past 40 years, I have been blessed with all three types of visions.
DREAMS
Dreams from God can come to us in many different ways and through many different people. They can come through a stranger, friend, family member or a loved one, and although uncommon, God can give us dreams through one of His Angels, or even The Holy Spirit. Dreams from God are almost always direct messages or warnings of something that is occurring or can occur in our personal lives, our jobs, careers, workplaces, finances, marriages, relationships, families, friendships, health, and ministries.
Throughout the Bible, God communicated with man in dreams through His Angels, bringing warnings and prophecies. Matthew 2:19: "But when Herod was dead, behold, an Angel of The Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt." Jesus Himself appeared many times in dreams as "The Angel of The Lord and The Angel of God." In the Gospel of Matthew, Matthew defines the Angel who appeared to Joseph as "An Angel Of The Lord."
The Bible teaches that Satan is the ruler over this world, the fallen angels, the demons also called Nephilim, half-fallen angels-and-half men, fathered by the fallen angels before the Flood of Noah, and it is through Satan's authority that his fallen angels and demons are not only able to manifest themselves in our dreams but oppress and possess millions of people in the world today.
The Bible also teaches us that Satan will continue to maintain this authority over the world until Jesus returns at His Second Coming.
The major difference between dreams given to us by God and dreams given to us by Satan, the fallen angels and his demons, is that dreams given to us by Satan, the fallen angels and the demons are meant to mislead, deceive, or give us doubt in the natural world by mixing truth with lies. In the same way, most of the nightmares that we experience are also given to us by Satan, the fallen angels and his demons. Although some nightmares can manifest themselves in our dreams as a result of our own past experiences, inhibitions and fears.
The third source of dreams can be a result of our own life experiences, wants and desires, both good and evil, and can manifest themselves in our dreams. Example: You have wanted a new car for a long time. One night, you dream of the exact car that you want, including the color. Or, you are a person who likes to fish, so you dream that you are fishing at the exact place that you like to go fishing.
Another major difference between dreams from God and demonic dreams are that dreams from God are almost always in color and pose no threat to us. Dreams from God are meant to counsel, help or guide us through circumstances or situations in our lives or the lives of people we know; whereas, demonic dreams are, for the most part in black-and-white or shades of gray. Often, demonic dreams will have hazy or shadowy figures or images in them, and although rare, a demonic dream can appear in color, giving the illusion that the dream is from God. More often than not, a demonic dream will have something out of place, distorted, or missing that will give the dream away.
WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY CONCERNING DREAMS
Numbers 12:6 And He "God" said, "Hear now My words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make Myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream." KJV
Hosea 12:10 "I have also spoken by the prophets, and I have multiplied visions, and used similitudes, by the ministry of the prophets." KJV
David confirms this in Psalms 16:7 when he says, "I will bless The Lord who has counseled me; indeed, my mind (the spirit man) instructs me in the night." NASB.
For those God has chosen, who are those who have, or will accept Jesus as Lord, God counsels, instructs, guides and comforts in dreams that we might not stumble and fall.
Job 33:14-18 "For God may speak in one way, or in another, yet man does not perceive it. 15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, while slumbering on their beds, 16 then, He opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction. 17 In order to turn man from his deed and conceal pride from man, 18 He keeps back his soul from the Pit, and his life from perishing by the sword." NKJV
God not only speaks to us in dreams and visions but imparts incredible gifts on us in dreams.
EXAMPLE: In I Kings, God appeared to Solomon in a dream and offered him his heart's desire. And The LORD appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: And God said, "Ask what I shall give thee..."
And Solomon answered saying, "Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge Thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: For who is able to judge this, Thy so great a people."
And God granted Solomon his request, "...Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee..." 'And Solomon awoke; and, behold, it was a dream.' "(I Kings 3:5,9,12,15)
In the Old Testament, God only spoke to the prophets in dreams and visions, but in the last generation, "Our Generation," He leaves us with this promise:
Acts 2:17 "And it shall come to pass in the last days," saith God, "I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh: And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams." KJV
WHO CAN INTERPRET DREAMS
The Bible makes it very clear that no man can interpret dreams with his own power, and that the gift of interpreting dreams is a gift from God. Dreams can be interpreted only by a born-again Christian, who is filled with The Holy Spirit, who has been given the gift of interpreting dreams by God.
BE FOREWARNED, if you are going to a psychic, fortuneteller, spiritualist, or someone who claims that he or she can interpret dreams without the indwelling of The Holy Spirit and the gift of interpreting dreams given to them by God, you are being deceived. That person's interpretation of your dream can only be demonically-inspired or conjured up out of his or her own mind, imagination, and what that person has learned in the secular study of dream interpretation, which has nothing to with God's gift of interpreting dreams and the true meaning of your dream.
My name is Jurell Green; I am sixty-seven years old, a born-again Christian and filled with The Holy Spirit of God. Although I have been a Christian all of my life, in 1999, The Holy Spirit blessed me with the gift of interpreting dreams. Since that day, I have searched for others with this same gift, and although I know they exist, to date, I have only met a handful of people with this incredible gift.
Like most people, until I received this incredible gift, I had never really given dream interpretation much thought; that is, until The Lord put it in my heart to do the research. After months of reading over hundreds of books and searching through countless dream interpretation websites, I quickly discovered that most of these so-called mystics, who claim to be able to interpret dreams have absolutely no clue. After exhausting my search, The Lord finally led me back to the Bible to discover what the Bible has to say about dream interpretation.
In Daniel 2:26-28, "No wise man, enchanter, magician or diviner can explain the mystery of dreams, but that there is a God in Heaven who reveals mysteries."
In Genesis 40:8, Joseph tells us that the interpretation of dreams belongs to God. In Genesis 41:16, Pharaoh asked Joseph to interpret his dream and Joseph answered, "I cannot do it, but God will give Pharaoh the answer he desires." Then The Holy Spirit gave Joseph the interpretation of Pharaoh's dream.
To better understand, before the crucifixion, Resurrection, and the Ascension of Our Lord Jesus Christ, God only sent The Holy Spirit to a select few, but after Jesus' Ascension into Heaven, God sent The Holy Spirit to live inside all who have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, and it is through the Holy Spirit that God comforts and counsels us in all that we do, including the interpretation of dreams, so that we will not be deceived by demonic counterfeits and dream illusions.
In 1 Corinthians 2:10-16, it is written, "The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man, except the man's spirit within him." In the same way, no one knows the thoughts of God, except the Spirit of God. We have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us. This is what we speak, not in words taught to us by human wisdom, but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them because they are spiritually discerned. The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he, himself, is not subject to any man's judgment."
"For who has known the mind of The Lord that he may instruct Him?" But we "the born-again Christians" have the mind of Christ. NIV.
The scriptures teach that Jesus Christ is God, and because Christ is God, the mind of Christ is The Holy Spirit, and it is The Holy Spirit who indwells in us, the born-again Christians, who interpret dreams.
In Galatians 4:6, the scriptures tell us that God sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, "Abba, Father." NIV
In John 14:25-27, Jesus said, (25) "All this I have spoken while still with you." (26) "But the Counselor, The Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My Name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." NIV
In Numbers 12:6, God tell us that He speaks through the prophets: "When a prophet of the LORD is among you, I reveal myself to him in visions, I speak to him in dreams." In Daniel 5:12, the scriptures tell us that Daniel had the gift of interpreting dreams. NKJV
The Counselor, and the mind of Christ, also called the Spirit of Christ, is The Holy Spirit, and it is The Holy Spirit who lives within us who interprets all things, including our dreams, visions, and prophecies given to us by God.
IMPORTANT: DREAM INTERPRETATION
Although it is impossible for any individual to discern the full meaning of their dreams without having the gift from God of interpreting dreams, or a one-on-one consultation with a born-again Christian who has the gift of interpreting dreams, it is possible to understand the general meaning of dreams by understanding the Christian meanings for objects, symbols, precious stones, animals, colors, people, body language, clothing, structures, food, numbers, metals, and the hundreds of other variables that affect the meaning of your dreams and how the dream can affect your health, job, career, finances, marriage, family, friendships and relationships.
REMEMBER Everything that you see, feel, taste, smell, hear, or touch in your dreams have important meanings. In the same way, everything that you do or that is done to you in your dreams have meanings. The meanings of these dream experiences can vary, based on the result of the actions taken by you or against you in the dream, and whether the action taken in the dream is positive or negative, good or evil. And even though you might seek a Holy Spirit-filled Christian, who has the gift of interpreting dreams, never accept the interpretation or make any life-changing decisions based on their interpretation of your dream until The Holy Spirit confirms the interpretation in your heart. Before accepting the confirmation of a dream on face value, my advice is to go to The Lord in prayer and ask Him to give you the interpretation or to confirm the interpretation in your heart.
For this reason, I am inspired by The Holy Spirit to include the dream interpretation section on this website, so that you might better be able to understand the general meaning of your dreams.
If, at any time, you choose to discontinue visiting this website and desire to have a dream interpreted by someone who claims that he or she can interpret dreams, please...for the sake of your soul and well being, seek out a man or woman of God who is truly filled with The Holy Spirit, who has the gift of interpreting dreams given to him or her by God and who gives God the honor, the praise, and the glory for all things, including the interpretation of the dream.
IN CLOSING Please understand that if you seek out a psychic, fortuneteller, spiritualist, or enchanter, no matter how beautiful, knowledgeable, inspiring or comforting they may seem on the surface, you are entering into Satan's playground, for these are the people whom he uses. You will not only get a misinterpretation of your dream, or truth mixed with lies, but you will be inviting demons into your life and into your home.
Yet, even knowing the truth, there are those of you who have or will go to a psychic, fortuneteller, spiritualist or enchanter to have a reading, or to have a dream interpreted who will say, "But, I went to a psychic, and everything that he/she told me came true." What you must understand is that neither Satan, the fallen angels, nor the demons can see into the future, but they do have the power to read thoughts, put thoughts into your mind, give you dreams to influence people and maneuver events to make a thing come to pass, so that you would be deceived into believing lies. As an example, you receive a demonic dream that would seem good and you want to know the meaning of the dream, so you go see a psychic, fortuneteller, spiritualist or enchanter who is also possessed or influenced by a demonic spirit who gives you the interpretation of the dream, confirming the counterfeit demonic dream to you, thus drawing you deeper into their web of deception.
As mere mortals, we cannot even imagine or fathom the power, knowledge and the abilities of a fallen angel or a demon/evil spirit, the offspring of a fallen angel to the fourth generation. Not even the Bible fully explains angels and demons, but only tells us that one Angel killed 185,000 Syrians in one night and that angels have the power to appear to us as mortals, and in dreams.
Even so, knowing the end from the beginning and our weakness to succumb to evil, God gave to each of the redeemed along with the Holy Spirit, at least one guardian angel to watch over, care for and protect us. In Ephesians 6:12 God's Word, the Bible tells us that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age and against spiritual hosts of the wicked in heavenly places.
Fallen angels and demons also called evil spirits are the principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness and spiritual hosts of the wicked in heavenly places that we fight against in our daily lives, emotionally, physically and spiritually, including in our dreams.
