Terry, (Hawaiian/Japanese) I once dated, dressed in a humble brown men's kimono is standing, waiting for me... (symbolic Japanese body guards of 12.17.06 dream). I am dressed and backstage in a white silk kimono with white red-crested crane birds and red flowers. My hair (new changes and new things) has been styled in an upsweep French twist style with many hair falls woven in.
Seven displays of slip-on dress shoes made of brushed swede in diamond patterns are floating in a row in the air. They are very elegant and beautiful shoes; they are square-toed with kitten style heels. The Holy Spirit focuses my attention to the last two styles of shoes: a sapphire blue-and-rich brown shoe and an emerald green-and-rich brown shoe.
Interpretation: A symbolic relative as an aunt or uncle represents the father or mother figure; mothers represents comfort in troubled times and unity. An old acquaintance/friend represents a messenger bringing news of new changes. The new shoes represent my walk with The Lord and in this instance, His calling and purpose in my life to serve in ministry as a steward of the Gospel of Peace. The cranes represent meditating on The Lord while waiting for revelation from The Lord; and red flowers (blessings, devotion, compassion, safety, security); Blue: security, revelation; prophetic anointing; Green: healing, restoration, regeneration, peace and harmony brown is struggle in hard work. True comfort represents only The Holy Spirit, The Comforter, The Helper. The number Seven is the perfect number of God: completion of old battles now taken up by The Lord--Perfection: manifestation of a reality and truth in the natural and in the spirit realm.
NEGATIVE: To see dirty or old shoes in a dream can represent how one walks through life depending on his or her own wisdom, strength and power, without ever praying to God surrendering to the realization of needing God's help and protection in the many areas of life.
