DREAM EXAMPLES
*STEP TWO - Below Are 4 Dream Examples Using The Dream Key Words To Interpret Each Dream
.
DREAM EXAMPLE 1.  MARRIAGE / RELATIONSHIP
.
A young, married woman named Beth dreams that she is nude standing in the den of an old house. On the walls of the den are huge pictures that cover most of the wall surfaces of the den. On the floor of the den, the young woman sees a soft white sheepskin rug. As if compelled, she walks over, picks up the sheepskin, and places it around her bare shoulders covering most of her upper body.  Then looking around the room, the young woman sees a large door in the corner of the room.  Walking over the young woman stands in front of the door for a moment. Then slowly reaching down, she takes hold of the doorknob and gently opens the door. Beyond the door are steps leading down into a small dark room. In the dark room, the young woman sees the hazy shadow of a man smoking a cigarette dressed in dark clothing standing in the corner of the room, motioning her to come down to him. Her eyes focused on the man; the young woman pauses momentarily, and releases her grip on the sheepskin allowing it to fall to the floor, then starts down the stairs, but suddenly wakes up before she reaches the bottom step and the wood floor of the dark room.

DREAM EXAMPLE 1. MARRIAGE / RELATIONSHIP KEY WORDS

Nude Body - Old House - Den - Pictures - Den Walls - Sheepskin - Bare Breast / Bare Shoulders  - Door  - Doorknob - Steps Leading Down  - Dark Room  - Hazy Shadow Of A Man  - Cigarette - Dark Clothing - Wood Floor Of Dark Room

The Interpretation Of Dream 1. Marriage / Relationship Using The Key Words

Nude Body  represents the young woman's weakness and vulnerability to succumb to the desires and temptations of her heart and the flesh. In this dream, the fact that the young woman is nude in a strange house represents her involvement in an affair outside of marriage.

The Old House in the dream represents memories, an old habit, past relationship or a lifestyle that the young woman who is having the dream has fallen back into.

The Den in the dream represents temptation, danger, lies, lust, adultery, and the desires of the world that involve an old habit or relationship. The fact that the young woman is exploring the den represents that she is in the home of the individual, who is luring her back into the lifestyle or relationship and the betrayal of a loved one. The den in this dream also represents the young woman's open willingness to participate in the illicit love affair.

The Pictures Covering The Den Walls In The Dream. The walls of the den in the dream represent the conscience of the young woman having the dream, while the pictures covering the walls represent lies, deceptions, secrets, betrayal and a hidden agenda, even though the pictures are hanging on the walls in someone else's home. Because the pictures are large and cover most of the den walls, the pictures also represent the habit or affair is deeply rooted and is more than casual or recreational.

The White Sheepskin Rug in the dream represents the young woman's innocence and the way her life once was. By covering up her upper body with the sheepskin, this represents the young woman is trying to cover up her guilt through lies and deception in the natural, in real life.

The Young Woman's
Bare Breast and Shoulders represent the inner secret and emotions the young woman feels and her lust and desires for the flesh, the world, and the excitement of the unknown.

The Door in the dream represents a decision the young woman is about to make in the natural concerning her secret love affair. The fact that she opens the door and enters through it represents that she has made that decision, even through her guilt and fear. Because the door is larger-than-normal, the door also represents the decision the young woman has made can be life-changing.

The Steps Leading Down to the dark room in this dream represents danger, deception, the unknown and betrayal in the natural. When the young woman released the sheepskin wrapped around her allowing it to drop to the floor represents the young woman surrendering to her desires. The fact that the young woman wakes up before she reaches the bottom of the stairs represents remorse and guilt in the natural, but a willingness to continue with her secret lifestyle, at least for the time being.

The Dark Room Below represents the other side of the young woman's life and personality and the secret place where she feels free to commit her deception in the natural. This could be a bedroom, bar, hotel, or any other place she feels safe and will not be discovered or found out.

Cigarette Smoke / The Hazy Shadow Of The Man standing in the corner of the dark room in this dream, motioning for the young woman to come down to him represent both the adulterous lover she cannot give up in the natural and a temporary escape from reality and her normal life. The fact that the man appears as a hazy shadow represents that even though she is seriously involved with this man, she does not see him as he truly is. In addition to the man appearing as a hazy shadow, the cigarette smoke that fills the small room blinds her emotionally and adds to her confusion.

The Dark Clothing the man standing in the corner of the dark room is wearing represents an illusion of reality and a hidden agenda designed to deceive the young woman or someone close to the young woman in the natural. This deceit can involve either the young woman's marriage, a relationship or a family member. But in this dream, the intent to deceive and betray is directed at both the young woman and the young woman's husband. This is defined by the fact that in the dream, even though the young woman by her own free will has entered into the dark room where the man is waiting, the shadow of the man represents an illusion; whereas, the dark clothing are symbolic of deception, lies, secrets and betrayal in the natural.

The Wood Floor Of The Dark Room. In most dreams wood represent growth, strength, stability, and new beginnings. But in this dream, the wood floor represents the stronghold that the man has on the young woman in the natural, in real life, and the dangerous adventure he is leading her into.

Dream Example 1.  Marriage / Relationship Outcome:  In the natural in real life, the young married woman having the dream is involved in an extramarital affair that is going nowhere and will come to no good end. The dream is a warning for the young woman to control her emotions, stop the adulterous affair, and get her life and marriage back in order. After hearing the interpretation of the dream, the young woman confirms the affair, but whether or not she ended the affair, I was never told. Yet, the fact remains that the young woman did wake up before she reached the bottom of the stairs, and that can represent that she did, in fact, end the affair before she was discovered.

DREAM EXAMPLE  2.   CAREER / WORKPLACE

Before Katherine described the following dream to me, she explained some of the events that were taking place on the cosmetic floor concerning her new Cosmetic Floor Manager, Charles.

Katherine's dream opens with Katherine standing behind her
cosmetic counter in the department store, where she worked as a cosmetic sales associate. In the dream, her eyes are drawn toward the Fine Jewelry Department and the escalator that stood about ten feet beyond the jewelry counter that went up to the next floor.

     Seeing her boss
Charles the new Cosmetic Manager out of the corner of her eye enter onto the cosmetic floor, she turns her attention away from the Fine Jewelry counter and watches him walk across the sales floor toward the cosmetics area. In the dream, he is wearing a wrinkled silver jacket, which seemed odd to her since he is normally a very sharp dresser, always wearing the latest fashions. As she watched Charles close the distance between them, she could see his body suddenly start to change into the body of a monkey. The closer he came, the more he changed. By the time he was within 15 or 20 feet from her counter, with the exception of his face, his entire body had changed and turned into the body and actions of a monkey.

Finally reaching Katherine's counter, Charles quickly begins to walk around the counter, much like a monkey inquisitively inspecting the product displays. Then suddenly without speaking, he starts pushing the product displays around,
rearranging the tester bottles, disrupting the display area, knocking products over onto the floor and proceeding to make a complete mess of the counter.

At this point in the dream, Katherine sees the
Security Guards coming down the escalator. Turning his head back toward the escalator, Charles also sees the security guards enter onto the cosmetic floor and beginning to come towards him. Realizing the trouble he is in, Charles quickly turns and runs out--away from cosmetics floor into the Men's Department and suddenly disappears into the crowd. Katherine watches the security guards quickly follow Charles into the Men's Department, but does not see if they actually find him in the dream.

DREAM EXAMPLE 2. CAREER / WORKPLACE KEY WORDS

Cosmetic Counter  - Jewelry Department  -  Escalator  -   Charles  -  Walking  -  Monkey  - Actions  -  Wrinkled Silver Jacket  -  Face  -  Without Speaking  -  Counter  -  Rearranging  -  Disrupting The Display  -  Complete Mess  -  Security Guards  -  Runs  -  Men's Department

The Interpretation Of Dream 2. Career / Workplace Using The Key Words

The Cosmetic Counter represents Katherine's work, career and way of life.

The Fine Jewelry Department   In Katherine's dream, the Jewelry Department represents treasure, blessing and a gift she has not yet received.

The Escalator Going up to the next floor represents the unknown and a new beginning.

Charles Katherine's boss, Charles represents authority.

Walking By Charles walking toward Katherine's counter represents a messenger bringing good or bad news. In this dream, the news represents open, defiant change.

Silver  In this dream represents deceit and betrayal.

Silver Jacket / Monkey / Face  The silver jacket Charles is wearing and the fact that even though his body has changed into the body of a monkey, with the exception of his face represents his ability to hide and camouflage his betrayal, lies, illusion, deceit and hidden agenda from his employees.

Monkey  also represents gossip, deception, betrayal, disorganization and backstabber.

Wrinkled Clothing  Represents a messy, disorganized person. And in this dream, the wrinkled silver jacket not only represents Charles as a messy, disorganized manager, but his open willingness to blame others for his own inabilities and mistakes.

The fact that Katherine
sees Charles coming to the Women's Fragrance section with the body of a monkey represents that through the dream, she is being given insight to see through the outward illusion Charles portrays in the natural into his real camouflaged motive, which is to increase sales revenue at any cost, even at the cost of losing valuable sales associates.

Rearranges / Disrupting / Knocks Products Over  This part of the dream represents Charles' inability to lead and communicate with the cosmetic sales associates staff and his lack of leadership skills to increase the sales volume in the Cosmetic Department that had been on the decline since he took over the department.

Security  The Security Guards Katherine sees in the dream represents upper management. The fact that Charles also sees the Security Guards represents that he knows he is being fired before it actually happens.

Runs / Men's Department In this department store, as in most department stores, the cosmetic department is for the most part made up of women sales associates. So, the fact that Charles runs toward the Men's Department represents that he feels overcome by the powerful personalities of many of the female sales associates in the department, and he is seeking the security of his own gender.

The fact that the Security Guards do not find Charles in the dream represents that Charles will either be fired, transferred or given the option of resigning.

Dream Example 2.  Career / Workplace OutcomeApproximately one year after Katherine had this dream, Charles was given the option of transferring to another store or being terminated because of his mismanagement of the Cosmetic Department and the decreased sales revenue. As for Katherine, by the end of that same year, her new beginning was realized as represented by the escalator in the dream: She was married and started a new career in her husband's business. In addition to getting married and starting a new career, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl--fulfilling the sign of the gift in the Fine Jewelry Department. The gift that she had not yet received at the time she had the dream.

DREAM EXAMPLE  3.  FRIENDSHIP

Recently, I received a dream from a young woman named Suzy. When describing the dream to me, she thought the dream was about her and because of the content of the dream, she was very alarmed. But after hearing the interpretation of the dream, she was pleasantly surprised to find out that the dream was not about her at all, but directed to a close friend she had known for many years.

     The dream opens at
night with Suzy on the outside of her friend's house standing on the lawn staring at the front door. After a moment, she slowly climbs up the steps, crosses the wooden porch and enters the house. Entering the dimly-lit house, Suzy's friend meets her and together they walk down a hallway and into her friend's bathroom. Inside the bathroom, Suzy asks her friend how her mother was doing; to which her friend replied that her mother was dead, that she had committed suicide in that very same bathroom.

Hearing this, Suzy looked around the bathroom for some sign of the suicide, but quickly noticed that the bathroom was very
clean and there were no signs of blood anywhere, or any traces that someone had committed suicide in the bathroom. At this point, her friend seeing what she was doing said that she had cleaned the bathroom up and removed any signs of her mother's death.

At this point in the dream, the bathroom suddenly changed from the bathroom in her friend's house to Suzy's bathroom in her own home. Even through this sudden transition, Suzy still had the sensation that she and her friend were still standing in her friend's bathroom. The only difference between the two bathrooms was the bathroom they now stood in was
painted a bright white and the bathroom door was opened inwardly toward the wall, hiding the inside surface of the bathroom door. At this point, Suzy's friend walked over and closed the bathroom door revealing the blood-stained interior surface of the door.

Seemingly emotionally unaffected by the blood-covered door, Suzy's friend picked up a thick
white towel and walked back over and joined her in the middle of the bathroom. Startled by the blood, Suzy just stood there and stared at the inside surface of the door. After a few moments, Suzy's friend said "I have to clean this up." Then turning away, she walked back over to the door and with the towel, she begins trying to wipe the blood off the door. But no matter how hard she tried, the blood remained; and she only smeared the blood across the surface of the door. As Suzy watched her friend's futile efforts to clean the blood off the bathroom door, she suddenly woke up.

DREAM EXAMPLE 3.  FRIENDSHIP KEY WORDS

Night - Friend's House - Front Door - Steps - Porch - Enter - Dimly-lit - Walk - Hallway - Bathroom Door - Suicide - Clean - Blood - Painted - White - Closed Door - White Towel - Wipe the Blood - Smear.

The Interpretation Of Dream 3. Friendship Using The Key Words

Night / Darkness represents uncertainty, fear and the unknown for Suzy in regard for her friend.

Outside represents freedom, escape, refuge and safety.

Old House can represent memories, family members and old friendships. Old house can also represent the mending of old problems and disputes. In some dreams, Old house can also represent bondage, persecution, old habits, fleshly desires and temptation that have come back to haunt you. And last but not least, to see an Old house in a dream can also represent sickness, failing health, and even the death of someone dear to you or someone you know, especially if the old house is run-down or in need of repair.

In Suzy's dream, the house has steps and a wooden porch, so it is evident that the house is old and therefore represents an old friend, habit, fleshly desires or temptation. In addition to representing an old friend, the house also represented an old friend, who is in spiritual and emotional distress. On the outside of the house are several steps leading up to a
wooden porch and the front door. After standing outside the house for a few moments, Suzy climbs the steps, walks across the porch, opens the front door and enters her friend's home.

The Steps Leading Up To The Porch represents insight, understanding, revelation, decision, and the answer to a situation or problem that seems to have no answer. Steps can also represent change and a new beginning. In Suzy's dream, the steps represent a decision that will lead to a fresh start and a new beginning for her friend.

The Porch especially an open, unenclosed front porch represents the revealing of hidden secrets that are suddenly put on display for all to see.

Closed Front Door / Enters To see a closed door in a dream can represent a problem or obstacle in the natural preventing you from achieving a goal or completing a project. It can also represent a dead-end job, broken marriage, relationship or a serious illness. A closed door can also represent secrets, lies, idolatry, fear, treasure, private things and the unknown. In Suzy's dream, the closed door represents a secret lifestyle that is driving her friend to emotional and spiritual disaster.

Dimly-lit represents hope, revelation and the answer to a problem, situation or a spiritual or emotional concern in your life. In some dreams, light, even the light of a candle can also represent a messenger. In Suzy's dream, the dimly-lit home represented deep-rooted spiritual and emotional problems in her friend's life, and it was for this reason that she was brought there as an encourager and messenger of hope.

Walk / Hallway To walk slowly or stagger down a narrow place, such as the hallway in Suzy's dream represents fear, doubt, sorrow, remorse, insecurity, disorder, the unknown and confusion. To walk in a humble or lowly way can represent depression, persecution and bondage. To have difficulty walking in a dream can represent trials and emotional or physical problems. In Suzy's dream, even though they both walked down the hallway together, Suzy followed behind her friend as she slowly walked down the hallway and into the bathroom. In Suzy's dream, walk and hallway represent fear, doubt, sorrow, remorse, insecurity, disorder, confusion, depression, persecution, the unknown and bondage because of something that had entered or re-entered her life.

The Bathroom represents escape, refuge, repentance, prayer, confession and creativity. Bathroom can also represent surrender, lust, sexual desires, guilt, secrets, deceit and betrayal. In Suzy's dream, the bathroom is a refuge, a place of escape to think and ponder in her guilt because of her sexual desires and the secret sexual affair in which she is involved.

Death / Dead / Suicide represents failure, to give up, surrender or to escape. In some dreams, death can even represent a refuge. In Suzy's dream, the suicide of her friend's mother in the bathroom did not actually happen in the natural in real life, but in the dream it represented her friend shedding the emotional and physical security she had known all of her life through her mother's suicide; and as a consequence, she was able to surrender to her own fleshly desires. Something she could have done as long as her mother was alive.

Painted White / Blood / Clean / White Towel / Smear In Suzy's dream, the fresh white paint on the bathroom walls represents the covering up of her friend's secret, hidden lifestyle and regaining the memory of how her life once was. The blood-covered bathroom door represents the guilt she feels for the lifestyle she is now leading; and her effort to clean the blood off the inside of the bathroom door with the thick white towel, but is only being able to smear the blood over the surface of the door represents her inability through her own strength and will power to change her lifestyle, end the affair, and get her life back to normal.

Dream Example 3. Friendship Outcome::  Unlike many of the other dreams of this nature I have heard, this dream had a happy ending. After Suzy had the dream, she went to her friend's home and told her of the dream. Her friend burst into tears, and confessed the affair she was having with a married man and her futile efforts to try and end it. But through Suzy's counseling and standing by her friend, the affair soon ended and her friend is once again living a normal, healthy life.

God works in mysterious ways and often in the darkest hour: He calls someone to be a messenger of light where there is no light, and hope where there is no hope.

Psalms 30:5 "…weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning." NIV

DREAM EXAMPLE  4. HEALTH / FINANCES

Several years ago, a man I know experienced the following dream. At the time of the dream, he was in good health for his age, working as a professional and earning over one hundred thousand dollars a year. For the most part, his life was very good and everything seemed to be going his way. That is, until the night he had a dream that would ultimately change his life forever. The dream opened with the man walking down the sidewalk near his apartment. It was a cool winter's day about ten o'clock in the morning. This was the same path he had taken at least three times a week for the past several years, and a part of his weekly routine. As he turned the corner and started up the block back towards his apartment, he suddenly had the urge to look down at his hands. Lifting his hands up in front of him, he noticed his hands suddenly start to change, and they began to close up to almost making a fist. As his hands continued to close, they took on a horrible crippled, disfigured look. Startled, he tried to straighten them out, but when he was unable to move his fingers, he put his hands into the pockets of the sweat suit he was wearing thinking everything would be all right in few minutes. As he placed his hands into the pockets of the sweat suit, he quickly discovered the sweat shirt had no pockets--but only had openings for the pockets. Placing his hands into the openings, he continued down the sidewalk for another 15 or 20 feet. Finally unable to contain himself, he took his hands back out of the opening in the sweat shirt hoping they would be back to normal again. But to his surprise, not only were his hands in the same distorted, disfigured condition; but now, he could feel severe pain radiating down his wrists through his hands ending in his fingertips.

     Becoming alarmed, he
stared down; his eyes focused on his hands. But the harder he tried to focus, the more blurred his vision became until at last, he could only make out the image of his hands. As he continued to try to adjust his vision, he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his forehead that almost sent him to his knees. Overtaken by the experience of what was happening to him, the man stopped and sat down in the middle of some leaves under a tree on the front lawn of a neighbor's house a few doors down from his apartment. As he started to close his eyes, he noticed a gentle breeze suddenly come up and blow the leaves away from him, across the lawn.

On the verge of panic, he reached into the pocket of his sweat pants, grabbed a hold of his
wallet that contained his driver's license, money and medical insurance card in the event his condition worsened and pulled it out. But while opening the wallet, he quickly discovered the wallet was empty, with the exception of his medical insurance card. Fumbling with the wallet, he finally managed to pull the insurance card out. Then staring down through his blurred vision, he saw the word "Cobra" written across the top of the card. Cobra insurance is the medical insurance provided by an employer, which goes into effect when one becomes disabled and has to stop working. Holding the card, he watched the card slowly disappear in his hand...until it was completely gone.

After a few minutes and several long, deep breaths, the man finally opened his eyes and was pleasantly surprised to find that his hands were not only back to normal, but his vision was clear and the pain in his forehead was completely gone.

Getting back up to his feet, he glanced down at his
expensive sweat suit only to find that it had suddenly changed and turned into something one wouldn't even buy at a garage sale. Not only was it frayed and dirty, but there were now holes all over it. Not having any idea what this meant, but overjoyed to have his health back, the man quickly started down the sidewalk toward his apartment, a few doors down the block. Finally reaching his apartment, he looked down and noticed the sweat suit was again as it had been when he left home--beautiful, clean and looking new. Reaching for the front door of his apartment building, the man woke up.

DREAM EXAMPLE 4.  HEALTH / FINANCES KEY WORDS

Walking/Sidewalk - Older Apartment - Hands/Crippled/Disfigured - Pockets/No Pockets - Severe Pain/Forehead/Knees - Stared/Blurred Vision - Sat Down/Neighbor's House/Tree - Expensive/Sweat Suit/Frayed Dirty Holes - Wallet/Driver's License/Money/Medical Insurance Card - Beautiful/Clean/Looking New.

The Interpretation Of Dream 4. Health / Finances Using The Key Words

Dream Example 4. The Interpretation Of The Dream Using The Key Words Walking / Sidewalk In the opening part of the dream, walking represents stability, financial security, success, and harmony in the man's family and workplace. The fact that the man was walking on the sidewalk represents safety, consistency, routine, and control over his life and environment.

Older Apartment The man's apartment in the dream represents safety and a temporary refuge. But, based on several of the other events that are taking place in the dream, the man's apartment also represents change, the unknown, a place of waiting, sickness, failing health and possibly death.

Hands / Crippled / Disfigured Among other things, our hands represent our ability to work, sustain ourselves and provide for ourselves and our family. So when the man looked down and saw his hands change and become crippled and disfigured represented sickness, failing health and financial distress. Because the man watched his hands quickly change from normal, healthy hands to ugly, crippled and disfigured hands also represents the change in his life and lifestyle will come suddenly and without warning.

Pockets / No Pockets The fact that the sweat shirt had no pockets, but only openings where the pockets should have been; and the fact that the man knowing this, placed his hands into the openings anyway represents that he will disregard and ignore the beginning signs of the three illnesses when they befall him. The fact that the sweat shirt had no pockets was also a sign that even though the man will have some protection in the form of medical insurance, his current medical insurance will not last through the time of the illnesses and whatever was going to happen would run its course.

Severe Pain / Forehead / Knees At the time of the dream, the pain deep within the man's forehead not only represented a physical problem but also confusion, disbelief, dismay, and the helplessness he felt seeing what was happening to his body. Several years later, he would be told that the pain in his forehead was a result of a benign tumor between his eyes, near his brain; and that over time, if not removed could cause blindness and eventual death. As the man stared down at his hands, he suddenly felt his knees go weak, to the point of collapsing, but somehow managed to regain his balance. In reality, this sudden weakness in his knees represented that even though the mind is strong and willing, the body will no longer function as it once did and not only will his hands be affected, but others parts of his body, as well as his finances.

Stared / Blurred Vision When the man realized what was happening to his hands, and he began to focus and stare down watching his hands change represents everything else in his life will be put on hold; and his entire existence and physical energy will be controlled by what is happening in this dream.

Sat Down / Neighbor's House / Tree Overcome by what is happening to him in the dream and too weak to stand, the man sits down under a tree near some leaves on his neighbor's lawn. Making himself comfortable, he started to close his eyes, but before he could close his eyes, he notices a gentle wind suddenly come up, blowing the fallen leaves across the lawn away from him. In the natural, the tree and the leaves represents change; the older and bigger the tree, the greater the change. If you will recall: There were several leaves on the grass where the man sat down. The leaves also represent change, especially if there is a wind blowing and the wind moves or blows the leaves away. In this dream, after the man sat down, a gentle wind blew the leaves across the lawn away from him. In some dreams, this could represent good changes. But in this dream, the wind represents that all or most of the material possessions the man has will be taken away from him because of the illnesses.

Expensive / Sweat suit / Frayed, Dirty, Holes The expensive sweat suit the man is wearing represents the man's standard of living and his lifestyle at the time of the dream. When the sweat suit changed and became frayed, dirty and holes appeared in it represents the trials, tribulation and financial hardships the man will suffer as a result of his illnesses.

Wallet / Driver's License, Money / Medical Insurance Card In the dream, the man reached into the pants pocket of the sweat suit and took out his wallet, only to find his driver's license and money gone. The only thing left in the wallet was his medical insurance card, and it had turned into a Cobra medical insurance card, which is generally limited to medical coverage for one year. In the dream, the card slowly disappeared in the man's hand representing his medical insurance would not last for the term of his illnesses and his medical bills would not be paid, unless a miracle happened. The missing driver's license represented the man's identity, and self worth and how they would be shattered. The missing money represented the financial loss he would suffer as a result of the illnesses.

Beautiful / Clean / Looking New When the man approached the front door of his apartment and reached down to unlock the door, he noticed that his hands were healed, and his sweat suit was again beautiful, clean and new. This part of the dream represented that through it all, eventually his life would be normal again. And he would regain all or most of what he would lose because of the illnesses that he was yet to suffer.

Dream Example 4.  Health / Finances Outcome: Within months after the man had this dream, he was struck down with severe carpal tunnel syndrome and lost the use of both his hands. For the first year, he collected unemployment but after the year ended, he was told that his Cobra medical insurance was about to expire, and would no longer pay for his doctor bills or provide him with prescription medications.

Despondent, the day his Cobra medical insurance ran out, he remembered he had spent time in Vietnam, so he immediately went down to the VA Hospital and inquired if he was eligible for any benefits. Within hours, he was approved and the VA started covering his medical treatments, including prescription coverage for medications--the very same day his Cobra medical insurance ran out.

In regards to the man's eyesight and the pain in his forehead, the doctors at the VA Hospital gave him an MRI and discovered a tumor behind his nose between his eyes, that if not treated or removed would eventually cause blindness and death. They also told him of a newly-discovered pharmaceutical miracle drug that had just been approved days earlier, which would not only control the growth of the tumor but stabilize his eyesight, as well. In 2005, the VA Hospital removed the tumor free of cost. And today, although he does wear eyeglasses, his eyesight is good and he is in excellent health for his age. In regards to the material things the man lost after having the dream, they are now replaced: And if this is not enough, the very day his unemployment benefits ran out, he was approved for Social Security disability benefits, and unexpectedly received a check for over $22,000 in back benefits. The dream the man had experienced years earlier had accurately revealed his future, just as he had seen it unfold in the dream.

Zechariah 9:11-12 "As for you, because of the Blood of My covenant with you, I will free your prisoners from the waterless pit. 12 Return to your fortress, O prisoners of hope; even now, I announce that I will restore twice as much to you." NIV
