SECTION NINE
EARTH AGE ONE:
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, "The Original Earth," the earth He created out of nothing that was perfect in every way and was later destroyed with earthquakes and a flood. According to scientific theory, this event took place approximately 15 billions years before He created the first man Adam whom He created in the Third Earth Age. Earth Age One was the Earth Age that Satan rebelled, along with one-third of the angels in heaven.
EARTH AGE TWO:
Also called "The Chaotic Earth" because it was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep. Earth Age Two was the aftermath of the First Earth Age after God destroyed it with earthquakes and a flood after Satan and his angels rebelled in the First Earth Age.
EARTH AGE THREE:
The Third Earth Age was the earth age that God restored out of ruins Earth Age Two, "The Chaotic Earth" and it was in the Third Earth Age that God made Adam and later destroyed with yet another earthquake and a flood called "Noah's Flood."
EARTH AGE FOUR:
The Fourth Earth Age is the current Earth Age we live on today. This earth age will also be destroyed with yet another earthquake and with fire. 2 Peter 3:10-11 "But the Day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up."
Although God will also destroy our current Earth Age, He will not destroy it until a thousand years after He returns. The word "destroy," in this paragraph actually means to "Renovate or to Purify." The reason God will purify both the heavens and the earth is because Lucifer also called Satan once had dominion over the first, and second heavens and the earth, and God wants to start eternity free from all sin and wickedness with a new purified heaven and earth.
EARTH AGE FIVE:
Earth Age Five will be the New Earth that God will create out of Earth Age Four "Our Earth Age," a thousand years after He returns to earth. A thousand years after Jesus returns to earth, He will destroy both the heavens and earth, and create a new heaven and a new earth. This new earth age, "The Fifth Earth Age," will last through all eternity. Revelation 21:1-4 "Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and He will live with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." NIV
Revelation 11:15 "The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of Our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign forever and ever." NIV
THE MYSTERY OF THE BEGINNING - GENESIS 1:1 AND GENESIS 1:2.
Genesis 1:1 " In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was hovering over the waters." NKJV
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning Beresheet or dateless past, God the Hebrew word for God is Elohim, which is plural for God, and means more than one. Created, the Hebrew word for create is Bara, and means out of nothing the heavens and the earth. The Hebrew word for heaven is Hasaw-mi-im, which is plural for heaven, meaning more than one, and includes heaven one, heaven two, and heaven three. The Hebrew word for the earth is et ha-Eretz and means dry ground. God created out of nothing, heaven one, heaven two, heaven three and the earth or dry ground.
Although many believe and teach that all three personages of the Godhead, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit were involved in the creation of the earth, but the scriptures clearly tell us that it was God the Son Jesus who actually created the earth.
In John 1:3, John leaves no doubt that Jesus made all things, when he says, "Through Him, referring to Jesus, all things were made; without Him, nothing was made that has been made" and in Proverbs 8:22 Jesus says, referring to Himself, "I was the craftsman."
Genesis 1:2 "And the earth was, the Hebrew word for was is Haya, and means became. The earth became formless. The Hebrew word for formless is tobu, and the earth became empty, void and darkness was upon the face of the deep." Deep, means water. The earth was covered with water, and darkness covered the water, because there was no light. The earth was a giant ball of ice suspended in a dark universe.
WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN GENESIS 1:1 AND GENESIS 1:2
In Deuteronomy 32:4 God's Word tells us that He is the Rock, His works are perfect, and all His ways are Just. In Genesis 1:1, we learn that God created the heavens and the earth perfect, but in Genesis 1:2, we find the earth is Void, Empty, Formless, Dark, and covered with Ice. What caused the earth that God created perfect to become an empty, void ball of ice covered in darkness?
Could it have been the fall of Satan? And if so, what could have happened that caused Satan and a third of the angels in heaven to rebel against God?
JESUS WAS MADE A LITTLE LOWER THAN THE ANGELS
In the Book of Hebrews 2:5-8, we learn that God made man a little lower than the Angels and when Jesus left Heaven and came to earth as the God Man on earth, He too was made a little lower than the Angels. But after Jesus' death and Resurrection, God the Father crowned Him with all Glory and honor. In Hebrews 2:8-9, we learn that God the Father put everything in Heaven and on the earth under Jesus' authority. God left nothing out that is not subject to Jesus' authority. Although God the Father put everything in Heaven and earth under Jesus' authority after His Resurrection, Jesus will not reclaim the title deed to earth until Revelation 4:6-7, when He returns to earth. So until Jesus returns, Satan will remain the king over the earth.
When God made Adam, He gave all authority over the earth to him, including authority over Satan, and the fallen angels. But when Adam sinned, he lost the title deed of the earth back to Satan, where it remains to this day. But in Revelation 4:6-7, Jesus tells us He Jesus, bought back the title deed to earth through His death on the Cross and He will reclaim possession of the earth in the middle of the seven-year Tribulation when Satan will be cast down to earth the second and final time.
CONSIDER THIS
Between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2, something happened to cause Satan and one-third of the angels in heaven to rebel against God. The following scenario is what I believe actually happened.
The Bible teaches us that Lucifer was created the "Anointed Cherub" and commander over all the angels and second-in-command to the three personages of the Godhead. Ezekiel 28:12-15 tells us that Lucifer was created perfect in every way until wickedness was found in his heart. Isaiah 14:13 teaches tells us that after wickedness was found in Lucifer's heart, he said, "I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars Angels of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation, which is God's Throne on the farthest sides of the north in the third heaven." NKJV
The ultimate question is this: Did Lucifer and one-third of the angels in heaven rebel against God simply because of Satan's pride and authority over them, or could their decision have been influenced by the knowledge that their authority was about to be taken away from them and given to God's new creation man, whose Spirits were already in heaven?
Scientist believe they have proven that the earth is over fifteen billion years old. The Bible teaches that the angels were created before God created the earth. God did not make Adam until about 6,000 years ago, so if the scientists are right, for fifteen billion years from the day God created the angels until the day He made man in His image on the earth, the angels had the full and complete love and attention of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Even though our Spirits, the Spirits of men were in heaven at the same time, we posed no threat to the angels.
Fifteen billion years is a long time, so you can imagine how upset many of the angels must have been to learn that God was about to create men, give men souls, and put the spirits of man in them that He had already created in heaven and give this new creation man the power and authority to rule over the angels and their affairs.
To fully appreciate this, you have to imagine the beauty, wisdom, strength and knowledge of the angels, even a Regular Angel compared to man, whose Spirit might have been created a little lower than the angels even in heaven, in authority and seniority.
Next, try to picture Lucifer, the Anointed Cherub, created above all the angels in heaven, covered in beauty and filled with knowledge and wisdom, and how he must have felt when God told him of His new plan: the plan to make men, put a spirit in them and give these men authority over him and all the other angels in heaven, even to the point of judging their affairs for all eternity. I think you get the picture. What we must remember here is that the angels had pride, and knew right from wrong and possessed power and knowledge that we cannot even imagine.
ONE THIRD OF THE ANGELS IN HEAVEN REBELLED
What can be more insane than the creation trying to defeat His creator, when the creator did not make the creation but merely spoke the creation into being. It doesn't get much crazier than that. Yet, that is exactly what I believe Satan and his fallen angels are doing right now, and have been doing for at least six thousand years.
Experience teaches us that there is a very thin line that separates love from hate. So, it is not difficult to imagine how this event could have affected not only Lucifer but one-third of the other angels in heaven. This was more than many of the angels were willing to accept, and the Bible tells us that one-third of the angels eagerly joined forces with Lucifer to overthrow the very God who created them.
At what point in time the angels were actually told by God of His plan to make man is not known, but I am confident that it was after He created the earth, because in Job 38:7 God tells us that when God created the earth, the morning stars who are the Angels sang together and all the angels shouted for joy. When God says all the angels sang and shouted for joy that had to have included Lucifer and the fallen angels before they rebelled. It is difficult for me to imagine Lucifer and the fallen angels shouting for joy after they heard the news of God's new plan.
To speculate as to how long after God created the earth that Lucifer and one-third of the angels rebelled would only be guesswork, but since God created the earth perfect and to be inhabited, I would have to assume it was probably very soon after He created the earth. If this assumption is correct, then the war in heaven has been going on for up to fifteen billion years, if the scientists are correct in their theory that the earth is fifteen plus billion years old.
Make no mistake: God did not guess at how many angels would rebel with Satan, He knew. He knew how many different types of angels He would need to fulfill the other tasks that He would set forth, including the billions of angels that would be needed as ministering spirits for His new creation man. When God spoke Lucifer and all of the other angels in heaven into being, He knew the moment He created them on the very day, that pride would enter Lucifer's heart, and the hearts of every other angel who rebelled and followed Satan because of His plan to make man and have man rule over the angels.
Even though there are billions of angels in heaven, I do not believe it was very long after hearing of God's new plan that Lucifer and his angels rebelled. I believe, when they learned of God's new plan, their only thought was how could God the Father who created them and loved them and called them sons of God for billions of years put man between them. Let alone, to rule over them.
Ezekiel describes this event in Ezekiel 28:16-18 "Through your widespread trade, you were filled with violence and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the Mount of God, and I expelled you, O Guardian Cherub, from among the fiery stones. Your heart became proud because of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth." NIV
The Bible teaches us that that some time between the First Earth Age and the Second Earth Age or between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2, pride entered into Lucifer's heart for whatever reason, and he and a third of the angels rebelled against God.
Although the war in heaven started between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2, it did not end there, but rather continues on to this day. And although Satan and his angels were quickly defeated and cast out of the third heaven, after Adam sinned, Satan regained authority over man, the earth, the first and second heavens in order to fulfill God's plan. In addition, Satan was given access back into the third heaven. Revelation 12:10 "For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before Our God day and night." NIV
The accuser spoken of in the previous paragraph is Satan.
Although after Adam sinned and Satan was given access back into the third heaven, his angels were not. They are limited to the earth, the first, and the second heaven and are the rulers, the principalities, the authorities, and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. These fallen angels are the ones who hinder our prayers, and fight God's Holy Angels as they travel back-and-forth from the third heaven to the earth, while the demons, also called Nephilim, the offspring of the fallen angels to the fourth generation oppress and possess men, women, children and even animals on earth today.
In Ephesians 6:11-12, Paul teaches that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the principalities, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. NIV
This incredible war that started thousands, perhaps millions or billions of years ago will continue until the middle of the seven-year Tribulation when Satan and his fallen angels are finally cast down to the earth the second and final time, never again to be allowed back into heaven.
In the Book of Revelation, John describes this event. "And there was war in heaven. Michael and his Angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down--that ancient serpent called the devil or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him."
Then I heard a loud voice in Heaven say, "Now have come the salvation and the power and theKingdom of Our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before Our God day and night, has been hurled down." Revelation 12:7-10 NIV
In Luke 10:18, we are given another brief glimpse of Satan being cast to the earth in the middle of the seven-year Tribulation. "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven." NIV
In Revelation 9:1-2, John describes how after Satan and the fallen angels were cast out of heaven for good, in the middle of the seven-year Tribulation, Satan is given the key to the Abyss where all of the demons that are not already in the world are kept. Opening the door, Satan will release these demons into the world.
Revelation 9:1 "The fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth. The star Satan was given the key to the shaft of the Abyss Hell." NIV

So I drove you in disgrace from the Mount of God, and I expelled you, O Guardian Cherub, from among the fiery stones. Your heart became proud because of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth." NIV
The Bible teaches us that that some time between the First Earth Age and the Second Earth Age or between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2, pride entered into Lucifer's heart for whatever reason, and he and a third of the angels rebelled against God.
Although the war in heaven started between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2, it did not end there, but rather continues on to this day. And although Satan and his angels were quickly defeated and cast out of the third heaven, after Adam sinned, Satan regained authority over man, the earth, the first and second heavens in order to fulfill God's plan. In addition, Satan was given access back into the third heaven. Revelation 12:10 "For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before Our God day and night." NIV
The accuser spoken of in the previous paragraph is Satan.
Although after Adam sinned and Satan was given access back into the third heaven, his angels were not. They are limited to the earth, the first, and the second heaven and are the rulers, the principalities, the authorities, and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. These fallen angels are the ones who hinder our prayers, and fight God's Holy Angels as they travel back-and-forth from the third heaven to the earth, while the demons, also called Nephilim, the offspring of the fallen angels to the fourth generation oppress and possess men, women, children and even animals on earth today.
In Ephesians 6:11-12, Paul teaches that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the principalities, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. NIV
This incredible war that started thousands, perhaps millions or billions of years ago will continue until the middle of the seven-year Tribulation when Satan and his fallen angels are finally cast down to the earth the second and final time, never again to be allowed back into heaven.
In the Book of Revelation, John describes this event. "And there was war in heaven. Michael and his Angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down--that ancient serpent called the devil or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him."
Then I heard a loud voice in Heaven say, "Now have come the salvation and the power and theKingdom of Our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before Our God day and night, has been hurled down." Revelation 12:7-10 NIV
In Luke 10:18, we are given another brief glimpse of Satan being cast to the earth in the middle of the seven-year Tribulation. "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven." NIV
In Revelation 9:1-2, John describes how after Satan and the fallen angels were cast out of heaven for good, in the middle of the seven-year Tribulation, Satan is given the key to the Abyss where all of the demons that are not already in the world are kept. Opening the door, Satan will release these demons into the world.
Revelation 9:1 "The fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth. The star Satan was given the key to the shaft of the Abyss Hell." NIV
